Dubai PR Agency - Campaign Steps

Step 1: Prepare Your Campaign

You've just ordered a Press Relations campaign and created your client area on our website. We now need to gather more information about you to prepare the launch of your campaign.

Once your order is confirmed, we will email you a start-up form to complete on our interface. Questions related to your company, such as your objectives and targets, will help us understand your needs better and define a strategy that is tailored to you. Any anecdotes about your career and history will also be useful for crafting your profile. Additionally, you can send us your logo and any documents that could enhance your press release: videos, photos, website, etc.

Don’t worry! This form will take about twenty minutes to fill out, and you won’t need to write much.

Step 2: Create Your Press Release

We now have all the necessary elements to create your campaign. It’s time to write your press release!

After placing your order, you will receive a draft (BAT) by email within 7 working days. Once approved, we will send you the final press release in WORD and PDF formats. It will include 2 to 6 A4 pages with visuals. After approval, it will be graphically personalized with your company’s colors and typography.

Step 3: Targeting and Preparing Your Campaign

During this stage, we handle the targeting of your press relations campaign, which means selecting the contacts to whom we will distribute your press release and/or press kit.

This targeting is customized for your project. Based on our experience, we know the journalists and influencers most likely to share your information. Depending on your industry, target audience, and the subject of your press release, we select an average of 2,000 contacts per campaign. We conduct both local and national targeting.

Want to broadcast your campaign internationally? We can assist with that as well! We support campaigns in all countries and in your chosen languages (learn more).

Step 4: Press Relations Training

This is the final step before your campaign is launched: Press Relations training. As your press release is about to be sent, you need to be prepared to handle journalists’ inquiries. That’s why we include free Press Relations training with each package. The training is conducted remotely (via phone and screen sharing) and lasts between 30 to 45 minutes.

With this training, you’ll learn how to approach journalists following the campaign, what to say, how to prepare for interviews, and receive tips to maximize the impact of your Press Relations campaign.

Step 5: Distribute Your Campaign

Your campaign is ready for distribution. Our team will send out your press release via email and will issue two reminders, spaced three to four weeks apart (totaling 3 mailings). To increase your chances of success, we tailor the reminder strategy based on the email open rates and initial journalist feedback.

Simultaneously, we will publish your press release and press kit on our website and social networks (Facebook and Twitter). By boosting your online presence, you enhance your visibility and improve your website’s SEO through the various links included in your press releases and press kits.

If you’ve chosen to include phone reminders in your package, we will contact journalists after the initial press release distribution to personally encourage them to feature you.

Step 6: Track Your Campaign

Throughout your campaign, we will conduct regular follow-up meetings with you and connect you with journalists interested in writing about you. They may also reach out to you directly using the contact details we provide.

In your client area, you can access all the reading statistics of the emails we’ve sent to journalists and media. Our alert system will notify you as soon as an article is published about you. Our team conducts daily monitoring and provides you with a detailed list of the pages and social networks that have distributed your press release or press kit.

Finally, because your satisfaction is our priority, we promise to refund you if you do not receive any feedback (learn more).
